These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Picslify, available at picslify.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Picslify is a credit-based SaaS tool that processes product images for eCommerce sellers. Core features include AI background removal, square canvas output, brand watermark application, and bulk ZIP download. The service is provided on a subscription basis with a free trial tier.
You must verify your email address before accessing the tool. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at picslify@gmail.com.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Picslify. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.
How credits work
Plans
Credit renewal
Paid plan credits reset on each monthly billing renewal. Unused credits do not carry over to the next billing period.
Plan changes
You may upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades are not permitted mid-cycle — to move to a lower plan, cancel your current subscription and subscribe to the new plan when your current period ends.
All payments are processed securely by Paddle (paddle.com), our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Paddle handles all billing, receipts, and applicable taxes on our behalf.
You can manage or update your payment method at any time from your dashboard via the Manage Billing button.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access and all your remaining credits until that date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
After your subscription ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free Trial tier. If your trial credits are already exhausted, you will not be able to process images until you subscribe again.
We do not offer refunds for subscription payments, including for unused credits within a billing period. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at picslify@gmail.com within 14 days and we will investigate.
In exceptional circumstances, a refund request may be considered within 48 hours of purchase if no credits have been consumed. Contact us at picslify@gmail.com to request a review.
You may only upload images that you own or have the right to process. By uploading an image, you confirm you have the necessary rights to do so.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.
You retain full ownership of the images you upload and the processed outputs you download. Picslify does not claim any rights over your content. We do not use your images for training AI models or any other purpose beyond processing them for you.
Processed images are temporarily stored in a private, per-user folder on our server and are permanently deleted after you download them or clear your output folder. We do not retain your images beyond that point.
Picslify, its name, logo, website design, and underlying platform are owned by us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our brand, trademarks, or technology beyond what is necessary to use the service as intended.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any downtime, processing errors, or loss of data resulting from technical failures.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Where possible, we will give reasonable advance notice of significant changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Picslify's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your uploaded content, or your use of the service in a way that harms a third party.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at picslify@gmail.com. We will delete your account data within 30 days, except for payment records which are retained for legal compliance.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk to our platform or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in good faith between the parties. Where resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration or a competent court of jurisdiction.
